CURRENT DELIVERY TIMES
Please allow 5 working days for delivery for all stock items.
For furniture, mirrors, garden furniture, parasols, some lighting and some other non-stock items there will be longer delivery time as these are despatched via a specialist courier direct from our manufacturer - please refer to the product page for approximate lead times
CLICK & COLLECT
We offer a click and collect service from our warehouse Unit C28, Holly Farm Business Park, Honiley, Kenilworth CV8 1NP from 9am - 3pm Monday to Friday. Please allow 24 hours for the process of your order.
DELIVERY RATES - UK MAINLAND:
Delivery usually takes between 2 - 5 working days (UK only) from receipt of your order. Our two main couriers are DPD and Parcelforce.
In busy periods and public holidays please allow up to 7 days.

If your order contains multiple items we will send this via DPD, each label will state how many boxes in total within your consignment.

Orders placed before 1pm on a Friday will be delivered Monday
Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday and over the weekend will be delivered Tuesday

These delivery rates apply for the following destinations for parcels under 20Kg. For large orders or orders over 20Kg please email us for rates.

*Orders to the Republic of Ireland will be submit to Custom duties, DPD will contact you prior to delivery for payment. This is not included in the shipping cost.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when your order. We cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect. If products are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an incorrect address or because of customer failure to contact the courier company or collect the goods from the depot where requested, we will refund the price of the products less delivery costs incurred by us in sending out the goods plus any additional costs charged to us by the courier company for returning the goods to us.
We ask for a phone number at checkout, which is passed to the courier, should they have trouble finding your address and need to contact you. You can add to an order if it has not been shipped by emailing us.
If you receive a faulty, or damaged goods please email us a photograph and request either a refund or replacement within 5 days of receipt.

*These costs are subject to changes and we reserve the right to request further costs if applicable.
- Your item will be delivered by our specialist furniture and mirror courier. They will make contact to arrange a convenient time & date.
- Please ensure there is a clear pathway for our couriers to deliver to a ground floor room of your choice, they will deliver to your home but not assemble (unless previously organized with ourselves).
- If you decide the item is unsuitable please email us and we will organize a collection of the item (a pick up charge will be incurred and we will notify you of this at the time).
We do not offer free return for furniture and mirrors, if you wish us to return any piece of furniture, please contact us for a cost.
Any furniture damages or issues must be notified to us in writing to us within 7 days of delivery.
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
Our furniture is made to order and considered a bespoke "custom made" item. If you cancel your order within 24 hours you will be refunded in full, just drop us a line and we'll take care of rest.
We're sure you'll be happy with your upholstery but if you're not please contact us to organise collection of the item within 14 day of delivery (a collection charge will be applicable). You will be issued an 60% refund of the total you paid, as a bespoke item made just for you we can't be sure we'll sell it onwards. If you have ordered a modular design (corner sofas, chaise sofas, or any sofa which is produced and assembled in individual units), please be aware this can only be exchanged for credit.
Currently we have paused EU shipping due to unaffordable admin costs at the border. If you wish to ship to the EU please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a list of your items for an accurate shipping quote.
USA & CANADA
We do ship to the USA and Canada via Fedex, please email email@example.com with a list of your items for an accurate shipping quote.
VAT - UK
Under UK VAT Law, VAT is due on all sales to private individuals where the goods will be taken to or delivered to an address in the UK.
VAT - NON UK:
Where you have requested delivery to a Non-UK Country address, the price paid by you for the Products and/or the delivery service will remain the same as shown on the Website. We are unable to zero-rate our products.
VAT - CHANNEL ISLANDS:
While the Channel Islands are part of the UK, goods may still be liable for Customs duties and VAT in accordance with Channel Islands import rules.
In circumstances where you, the individual customer, wish to cancel the contract and return the product to Hudson Home, you have 14 days to inform us of returning an item, and a further 14 days to send it in. Subject to the product being in the same condition and packaging that it was delivered to you, a full refund will be provided. Any and all refunds that may be provided will be returned to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to be received.
Unfortunately, not all products are capable of being returned. The excluded products may include:
- Personalised and/or customised items (as per your request)
- Special orders that are not currently available in the store
- The goods need to be returned at your own cost, intact, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced (you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession).
- If choosing to book your own postage we suggest taking out additional postal insurance with your provider. Please retain proof of despatch, as we cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items during transit.
- Some items like lamp shades cannot be refunded if they have been unwrapped. These goods will be clearly marked. Please use the slip and label provided, filling out the relevant details, or request a new one from firstname.lastname@example.org
- Outside the UK you may be liabel for export fees and extra paperwork for returning items.
Every order has a returns form on the back of the invoice, please fill in the order number and use the address label, sending the items back to:

Our system processes the refund instantly and you will receive an email notification - please allow 5-10 days for your bank to show the funds This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Hudson Sewell Design trading as Hudson Home is a UK company which upholds The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights are not affected.
RIGHT TO CANCEL:
You, the customer, as an individual have the right to cancel the Contract. Your rights will depend upon the product you have purchased from Hudson Home, the reason for the return and when you end the contract.
Hudson Home reserves the right to refuse or cancel a contract for whatever reason. In those circumstances, any payment will be refunded, in full, or alternatively, not taken.
