Delivery Information
Our Warehouse will be closed from Tuesday 24th December and will reopen on Thursday 2nd January, all orders will ship from this date onwards. Any emails will be responded to as normal.
We currently use Royal Mail, Amazon, Yodel and DPD.

UK Next Day

Please order by 12pm for next day delivery (excludes furniture, mirrors, garden furniture, parasols, some lighting and artwork and rugs).

Orders placed before 12pm on a Friday will be delivered Monday.

Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday and over the weekend will be delivered Tuesday.
Furniture & Mirror Deliveries
For furniture, mirrors, garden furniture, parasols, some lighting and some other non-stock items there will be longer delivery time as these are despatched via a specialist courier direct from our manufacturer - please refer to the product page for approximate lead times.
Click & Collect
We offer a click and collect service from our warehouse Unit C28, Holly Farm Business Park, Honiley, Kenilworth CV8 1NP from 9am - 3pm Monday to Friday. Please allow 24 hours for the process of your order.
VAT
VAT - UK Under UK VAT Law, VAT is due on all sales to private individuals where the goods will be taken to or delivered to an address in the UK.
VAT - NON UK Where you have requested delivery to a Non-UK Country address, the price paid by you for the Products and/or the delivery service will remain the same as shown on the Website. We are unable to zero-rate our products.
VAT - CHANNEL ISLANDS While the Channel Islands are part of the UK, goods may still be liable for Customs duties and VAT in accordance with Channel Islands import rules.
Damaged/Faulty Goods
If you receive a faulty, or damaged goods please email us a photograph and request either a refund or replacement within 5 days of receipt.For returns and refunds please see here.
