Returns & Refunds

We hope you Hudson Home purchase as much as we do, but we understand it’s not always right!

We don't offer free returns at the moment so goods will need to be returns at your own cost. Returned items must be received into our warehouse within 28 days of delivery, and in resalable condition.

All returns must be in unused, perfect condition and in original manufacturer packaging where possible, items must not have been partly or fully assembled.

We suggest taking out additional postal insurance with your provider. Please retain proof of despatch, as we cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items during transit.

Please remember to repackage your return well before sending. Any returns received without protective packaging, broken or damaged will not be able to be refunded in full.

Every order has a returns form, please fill in the order number and use the address label, sending the items back to:

Anonymous returns will be held in quarantine until the customer gets in touch.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Although we do our very best to ensure all items are quality checked before they are dispatched, sometimes a product may be found to have a fault, or damaged in transit.

In the event you receive a damaged or faulty good please contact us via email sales@hudsonhome.co.uk with photos within 5 days of receipt of your order requesting either a replacement or a refund.


Refund Processings

Our system processes the refund instantly and you will receive an email notification - please allow 5-10 days for your bank to show the funds This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Hudson Sewell Design trading as Hudson Home is a UK company which upholds The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights are not affected.


Right to Cancel

You, the customer, as an individual have the right to cancel the Contract. Your rights will depend upon the product you have purchased from Hudson Home, the reason for the return and when you end the contract.

Hudson Home reserves the right to refuse or cancel a contract for whatever reason. In those circumstances, any payment will be refunded, in full, or alternatively, not taken.

Digital Art Print Downlods

Once the content has been downloaded you can no longer request a refund.

The Consumer Rights Act gives consumers protection when it comes to digital downloads that fail to work (ie are corrupt). Consumers (ie private individuals) are entitled to a repair or replacement if the digital content is faulty and even compensation if other downloads or devices are affected.
