Furniture, Made to Order Delivery & Returns

We collaborate with multiple suppliers who deliver directly to expedite the delivery of your items. As a result, you might receive your items via a courier different from our standard couriers. Occasionally, the supplier or courier may reach out to you directly to coordinate a convenient delivery day. Please inform us in advance of any site access restrictions.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for certain items, these will be clearly marked on the product page.

Once the order is placed you will be contacted by us to give you a rough indication of timescales.

If you decide once the item has been shipped that you no longer require the item, there will be a restocking fee deducted from your refund (this will be notified to you once the item has been returned to us or our manufacturer).

Once Delivered

Upon receipt, kindly inspect your items thoroughly before endorsing them. Should you be unable to conduct a thorough inspection prior to the courier's departure, please ensure you sign for the delivery as "unchecked." It's advisable to retain both the packaging and your order confirmation email for any potential post-purchase inquiries or returns.

Upon signing for the delivery, provided the items have been fully paid for, they become your responsibility. We cannot assume liability for loss, damage, or destruction post-delivery, unless any issues were reported upon delivery, such as damage, faults, or incorrect delivery.

For items requiring assembly, please ensure you have all necessary components, instructions, and information. Always adhere to the manufacturer's guidelines and use recommended tools. We are unable to provide refunds for incorrectly assembled items or those damaged during the assembly process.

If you intend to store your items, it is imperative to thoroughly inspect them beforehand.

We ask that we are informed of any damages or faults within 5 days of receipt.

 

Furniture & Mirror Returns

We do not offer free returns for furniture or mirrors, however, we can advise you on the best couriers to use - please email us sales@hudsonhome.co.uk for more information. 

 

Made to Order Furniture

Please allow up to 12 weeks for production and delivery on custom made items, all delivery within mainland UK is FREE and a member of our team will be in touch nearer the time to organise a suitable delivery time and date. Please refer to our "will it fit" section to ensure the sofa you've chosen will fit through your doors etc.

Made to Order Returns

Our furniture is made to order and considered a bespoke "custom made" item.  If you cancel your order within 24 hours you will be refunded in full, just drop us a line and we'll take care of rest.

We're sure you'll be happy with your upholstery but if you're not please contact us to organise collection of the item within 14 day of delivery (a collection charge will be applicable).  You will be issued an 60% refund of the total you paid, as a bespoke item made just for you we can't be sure we'll sell it onwards. If you have ordered a modular design (corner sofas, chaise sofas, or any sofa which is produced and assembled in individual units), please be aware this can only be exchanged for credit.
